Connie Fay Kelley

Connie was born on September 20, 1944 to Carl and Mabel Sigman and raised in Nitro, WV. She passed on July 5, 2014 in Alexandria, VA, where she lived for over 40 years and raised her family with Dennis S. Kelley who passed in November 2013. She is survived by her daughters Teresa and Melissa. Connie was the youngest of six and is also survived by two  brothers, Roy and Ronald Sigman and two sisters, Carole Shingleton and Donnie Morris. A Memorial Service will be held at the Everly Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Rd, Alexandria, VA, Monday, July 14 at 6pm. Interment will be private.
