Carol, so sorry to find out you lost Madison & Tom. Sadly it must be just heartbreaking. I know you are strong & hopefully your family will be there for & Madisons family too. It sounds like he was a great guy & served his country well. Think of you often & what fun times we had in 1969 thru the 70’s. Would love to hear from you. Randi

Found myself thinking of you today. You are hands down one of the most memorable people I've met in the Army and in life. I recall being taken back when I first met you and didn't know how to process your larger than life personality. Needless to say you became a great friend and I have many fond memories with you and think of you regularly. Your courage and strength was remarkable and it continues to inspire me as I find myself in troubling times or feeling down. You and your families experience gives me perspective and strength to power through whatever I may be going through and to be more mindful and grateful for life's blessings. I miss you and now live near DC. I can't wait to take my children to your resting place in Arlington and tell them all about you. If anyone is in the area and wants to see Madison with a friend, don't hesitate to reach out to me. -Tom Moore

I don't know you Madison but my son James Folwell spoke of you often. I know my son is brokenhearted over this he has told me several times and he's told me what a loving kind man you were. I'm so glad my son Jimmy had a friend like you he often spoke how you were a wonderful soldier. My heart breaks for your family. In my book you are a true hero. We prayed for you often and your family. R.I.P. Young man. Sincerely Kathy Schwartz

I have had the honor of serving with men & women from all walks of life, they have left both good and bad impressions on me. In 20 years of service, none of them can hold a candle to Madison, his smile alone motivated me daily. Him and I had numerous talks about the most random things from basketball to old Marine stories. I will always hold those stories close, as well as the day I met him. I am a better man & Soldier because of the time I spent with him and would like to offer my heartfelt condolences to his family. I will see you on the other side, Brother. Save a seat at the table for me, for you have definitely earned yours.
