Joyce was a cousin of mine through her mom and my Grandma Hostetler. I have such wonderful memories of visiting them as a child. Joyce was always a favorite. It was so very great to see her again several years ago at the Blough reunion and spend some time catching up with her. She was always so encouraging and so much fun. My mom spent quite a bit of time with her mom when she lived in Frostburg. She kept me up to date on Joyce and her family. Blessings to all of you during this time of loss.

My heart and prayers are with each of you as you deal with this tradegy. Losing a loved one, wife, mother, sister etc. is very difficult. Joyce was a loving, fun person.
