Julian Blaine Howard (Age 68)

On Wednesday, November 29, 2017 of Fort Washington, MD. Beloved husband of Isabell Howard; together for 50 years. Also survived by son, Christopher Howard (Melanie); mother, Patricia Andrews (Scott); brother, Anthony Howard; sister, Cynthia Crowder (Greg); brother-in-law, Tommy Dockery; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family. Preceded in death by sisters, Carolyn Sue Dockery and Linda Marie Howard. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vietnam Veterans of America, and Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund.
