Vania “Dale” Swartz (Age 94)

On Wednesday, December 13, 2017 of Alexandria, VA. Beloved wife of the late Harry William Swartz, Sr. of 71 years; mother of Linda Dale Parker (the late Lee Parker) and H. William Swartz (Sue); grandmother of David, Sharon, Kristin, Brenda, and Heather; great-grandmother of Campbell, Kyle, Krissie, Keenan, Annie, and Alex. Dale was the Lead Teacher/Director of Scott Preschool at Ft. Belvoir for 27 years, and a Bible Study Teacher at church until the age of 93. Memorial service 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Wesley United Methodist Church, 8412 Richmond Ave, Alexandria, VA 22309. Inurnment Quantico National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church of Alexandria or Vitas Hospice.
