Edward Joseph Boland Jr.

Our beloved husband, dad, and granddad, Edward Joseph Boland, Jr., passed peacefully February 15, 2021. He was born in Alexandria on October 19, 1942. 

Eddie graduated from George Washington High School in 1960 and then immediately served three years in the Army after which he attended Southeastern University and graduated in 1970. 

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Eunice “Bonnie”, son Edward, daughters Mary (Nick) and Marcia, four granddaughters Ashley (Aaron), Amanda, Lindsey, and Paige, great grandchildren Zachary and Elizabeth, and his three brothers Warren, David, and Alwood. 

He was a giant in our lives; now an angel who will watch over us always. We love you and will miss you every day.

A graveside service will be held Monday, February 22, 2021 @ 11:00 am @ Mount Comfort Cemetery in Alexandria.
