Gail Teuten Noyes passed away peacefully on Monday, June 14, 2021, at The Goodwin House in Alexandria, Virginia. Beloved wife of the late Charles Hall Noyes, she is survived by her three devoted children, Jennifer (Bruce) McCulloch, Kathryn (Michael) Walsh, and Stephen Noyes. She was the loving grandmother to four grandsons, Connor, the late Brendan, Will, and Declan McCulloch. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Thomas (Diane) Teuten and Craig (Eileen) Teuten and is survived by her sister Pam (Dale) Fessler. Gail was born in Jamaica, New York on December 6, 1938, to Thomas and Grace Teuten. They resided in Rockville Centre, NY. Gail graduated with a B.A from Simmons College in Boston, MA in 1960 and became an elementary school teacher in the Freeport, NY school system. After marrying Chuck, they primarily lived in Ridgefield, CT, and Basking Ridge, NJ where Gail was a substitute teacher and then a realtor at William Pitt and Coldwell Banker. She was active in church and many other volunteer organizations. Gail enjoyed traveling, golf, tennis, and skiing. Upon retirement, Gail moved to the Pine Hills in Plymouth, MA. In 2018 Gail moved to Alexandria, VA to be close to her grandsons. She enjoyed watching their athletic games, volunteering at Alexandria Hospital, and most of all being with family and friends. A memorial service will take place at the Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church on October 2, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.
