Gregory Isaiah Powell

Gregory Isaiah Powell, age 39, a lifelong resident of Alexandria, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 at his home after a brief illness.

Greg was a heavy equipment operator, and avid San Francisco 49er's and Washington Capitals fan and adored his "baby girl", Zenia. He is survived by his mother, Sharon Powell; brother, Jerry Lundberg and sister in-law, Rosa; his "baby girl, Zenia; niece, Leila and nephew, Jayden.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA 22302 A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 26, 2019 at St. Louis Catholic Church, 2907 Popkins Lane, Alexandria, VA 22306.
