We were very sad to hear about the passing of Jimmy. Both of us were very fond of him and Ruby. He was a kind gentleman every time we saw him. Our thoughts are with him and family.

I got the honor of meeting Jimmy and Ruby around the time of Amy's marriage to Patrick. Through the years we'd all heard stories about each other. I walked into their home to do something with the wedding plans and you would had thought they had both known me all my life. Ruby told me a story about adding more water to the beans and Jimmy told me about designing and building the pool. We all laughed for hours. Not one time did either of them make me feel less than part of the family. I remember being heartbroken for everyone when God called Ruby home but concerned about Jimmy going on without her. His love of life, golf, flying his daughters and grandchildren got him this far. Now he is with the true love of his life. I will miss you Jimmy but somehow I can't be that selfish and I will help my dear true friend Amy get through this loss one day at a time knowing you are with Ruby now and heaven is a better place for it. God's speed Jimmy. Love, Faye
