Judith Kay Hunter, born in Barberton, OH on Sept. 27, 1940, was found passed away on Feb. 14, 2018 from cardiac arrest. She was 77 years old. Judy lived and worked in Arlington, VA after divorcing Richard L. Kadow of WA. Judy worked in various public, private, and government businesses as a managing editor and technical writer. Judy was known for her love of dogs, her husband Henry Hunter, who predeceased her, her friends, and her flowers that she grew anywhere she could. She was also predeceased by her father Ellsworth Stover and her mother Wynonna Malone. Judy is survived by her loving daughter Rachelle L. Kadow of Gillette, WY, her sister Carol Levingaud, her sister Patricia Hood, and an abundance of extended family.
