Margaret Remines Danaher

Margaret R. Danaher of Alexandria died Saturday March 31, 2018 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. The youngest of the six children of Milton and Margaret (Fleming) Remines, she was born August 27, 1929 in Clintwood, Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Thomas P. Danaher, Sr.

Marge is survived by her son Tom (Christine) Danaher, and seven grandchildren.

The family will be present at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Road, Alexandria VA 22302, on Monday April 9th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday April 10th at 10:30 a.m. at The Basilica of St. Mary, 310 S. Royal Street, Alexandria VA 22314. A private interment will occur at a later date.
