Marilyn Elizabeth Suthard

Marilyn Elizabeth Suthard, 81, passed away on January 27, 2018. She is survived by her nephew, Lowell Suthard, and four cousins: Katherine E. Beagle of Alexandria, VA; Marian Kelly of Mount Airy, N. C; John R. Knight of Richmond, VA; and Carol Labbe of St. Petersburg, FL.
Marilyn worked for National Science Teachers’ Association for thirty five years, retiring as Personnel Director in 2001. She lived in Alexandria, VA, graduated from George Washington High School and Strayer College, and was a member of the Knight family who owned a hardware store in the city for many years.
Funeral service at Everly Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Rd, Alexandria, VA, 22302 on Saturday, February 3rd at 10 am, immediately followed by interment at Ivy Hill Cemetery.
