Martha Hardy Canter

Martha Hardy Canter, of Lancaster, OH passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. She was the loving mother of Dr. Hall (Angela) Canter, Jr., Mar (Thom) Zahler, and Grace (Nuno) Valentine; grandmother of Callie Canter, Sadie (West) Britt, Haylie Canter, Matt Regan, Audrey Whitlatch, Mc Kenzie Zahler, Tommy Zahler, Katie Zahler, Allie Valentine, and Elizabeth Valentine; great-grandmother of Jaden Miller. Martha was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Hall Gibbons Canter; her daughter, Jean Hardy Canter; and her grandson, Jesse Whitlatch.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10 am on Monday, May 7, 2018 at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center.
