Mary J. Osborne

Mary J. Osborne, age 74, of Charlottesville, VA passed away on September 1, 2021 with her loving son by her side.

Born on November 15, 1946, in Gloversville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Perry Robert Johnson and Mary (Bates) Johnson Russell.

In her spare time she loved travelling with her family, going to casinos, creating crafts, reading and caring for her beloved cats.  Most importantly she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandsons.

She is survived by her daughter, Monica Smith (husband Rodney); son David Osborne (wife Megan); sister Jane Bunn; grandchildren Maribeth Kolipinski, Jillian Osborne, Casie Osborne, Shaun Larraburu; and great-grandsons Jacob and Kaleb; as well as many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Mary is predeceased by six siblings.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
