Born in Bayoone, N.J. Graduated from Bayonne High School. Joined the U.S. Air Force. Attended New York University,and Oklahoma University, and graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Employed by the Federal Aviation Administration in New York, and New Jersey where he was employed for 24 years and retired. He became a volunteer for the Lions Clubs of Virgina, promoting the skills for Living Program from 1982-1986 in the publish schools systems. From 1986-1991 promoting the "Skills for Adolences" program in the High Schools. A new program called "Braille n' Speak" fo the blind from 1991-1999 to blind persons in public schools or rehab centers. In 1998 Michael started the "Special Needs Equipment Program" for the Lions of Virginia state program for teh blind, vision impaired, deaf or hearing impaired. From 2003-2008 supplied home computers to the Blind Program in Virginia for persons sent & Trained in the rehab center. Michael soon retired due to complications with his health.
