Neicha Univea Spiller

Okeechobee, FL – Neicha Univea Spiller died June 7, 2017. She was born March 18, 1938 in Mullens, West Virginia to Oscar and Mary Ida England.

She was a resident of Okeechobee since 2003. She was a Life Member of Okeechobee Chapter No. 128, Order of the Eastern Star and had served on numerous Grand Chapter Committees, most recently as the Social Event Chairman.  From 2015 – 2016, Neicha served as the Grand Esther of the Grand Chapter of Florida. She had many very close friends within the Order and her kind and caring spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Mrs. Spiller was a very sympathetic, understanding woman that saw good in everything and was always willing to give a second chance.

Mrs. Spiller was preceded in death by her son, Steven Ray Spiller. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Rayford Spiller; brothers, Ernest England, Rex England, Ronnie England, and Boyd England; and sister, Sandra Kay.

Visitation will be Friday, June 16, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home with an Eastern Star Service to follow. Interment will take place in Columbia Gardens Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
