Richard Arthur Warren, Jr. passed on June 1, 2017. He was born in Atlanta, GA on February 15, 1931, the son of Ada Jefferson and Richard A. Warren, who preceded him in death. He was educated in the public schools of Indianapolis, IN, and graduated in 1952 with a BA degree in Social Studies from Indiana Central College, now the University of Indianapolis, and received an MA in Latin American Studies in 1954 from the University of Michigan. He served with the U.S Army from 1954-1956. He was an employee of the Social Security Administration for 23 years prior to retirement in December 1979. He leaves no immediate survivors.
