Robert Cecil Barrett

Cecil Barrett went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 21, 2020. He was 92 years old. He had a marriage with Mildred Louise for 67 years. They raised two daughters. Cecil worked for the railroad for 45 years. He enjoyed tinkering with his cars and motorcycles and doing yard work. He also loved feeding his wild squirrels and birds.

He is survived by his two daughters, three granddaughters, seven great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. 

There will be a private viewing on Thursday, August 27th. A graveside service for family and friends will take place at Mount Comfort in Alexandria, Virginia on Thursday, August 27th at 1 p.m. Cecil was a lover of many things, one of which was animals. So, in lieu of flowers, a donation in his name to Fairfax County Animal Shelter would be so kind.
