Rose "Debbie" Beatrice Durham

     It is with heavy hearts we prepare to say goodbye to our dear mother and wife, Rose Beatrice Durham, age 85, who passed away peacefully on Saturday May 11, 2019, ending her battle with Alzheimer’s.   

     She was born Rose Beatrice Smith on February 18, 1934, Dothan, WV, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Charles Buddy, children Linda Coffeen, Mickey Olin, Monte Durham, and Ginger Hall; son-in-laws, Vernon Olin and Jakob Evans; five grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. 

     Our memories of her love of family, sense of humor, adventure, and people, are sustaining us. Your support and prayers are greatly appreciated as we ask for privacy at this difficult time.

     A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday May 18, 2019 at Everly Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 West Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA 22302; Visitation 11 am, service 12 noon.  The Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
