Ruth Mary Conrad

Conrad, Ruth Mary(Miller) passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020. She was a resident of the Dogwood Village in Orange, VA. Born May 14, 1928, Carrolltown, PA, she was the daughter of Sylvester and Esther (Lenz) Miller.  Preceded in death by her husband, Cletus W. Conrad in 1993, and brothers Earl and Daniel Miller.

Survived by her brother, Kenneth Miller, four children: Bill (Sandra) Conrad of Orange, VA; Mary (Glen) Hoffherr of Amissville, VA; Daniel (Carolyn) Conrad of Spokane Valley, WA; and Lora Conrad of Springfield, VA, four grandchildren: Mark Conrad; USAF Capt. Scott (Nichole) Conrad; Alison (USA Capt. (Dr.) Spencer) Schulte; and Kathryn (John) Buso, and 15 great grandchildren.

Ruth was a retired Fairfax County cafeteria worker for many years. She spent most of her life in Franconia, VA before moving to Orange.

She will be buried next to her husband at Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.
