Happy Birthday, Dad!
So, today would have marked your 73rd year of birth. You will live on forever in my ❤️. I love you and miss you every day. There is not a day that goes by that you're not thought of. Fly free! Clear Ether!
Your daughter,
Michelle

The following poem written by Bill characterizes how he lived life:
Dreams
Brave and alive are the few
who follow their dreams at any cost.
They are the true heroes --
the ones who keep this place going.
Asleep are those
who have yet to dream.
They move only to fill empty time --
ache but don't know why.
To those I urge,
"Wake up - start dreaming!"
Dead and gone are those
who have laid their dreams aside.
The deep pain of abandonment
serves as infernal memento.
To those I implore,
"Arise -- rekindle the dream!"
Feel the pain replaced by delight.
Revel again in being brave and alive.
