We are praying for Tom, and his entire family, at this difficult time. As friends of his sisters, Jane and Mary Quinn, we have seen the beautiful love the Quinn family has shown for each other. And we know that love is stronger and more permanent than death. Praise and trust in God.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Thomas. I worked with him at DOD up until his retirement. Such a kind man and good friend to all. Always spoke highly of his family and was a proud man. He will be missed.
